Confirmation
By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of purchase where a binding B2B agreement between seller and buyer occurs.
When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent via email with information regarding the order.
LazzatFoods AB reserves the right to deliver specific goods in cases where the Stock balance was incorrect at the customer's order.
If LazzatFoods cannot deliver according to the order confirmation, you will be contacted when the order will be processed.
Prices and order amounts
Product prices at Lazzatfoods.se are shown excluding VAT and freight.
Shipping costs are added when the order is processed.
Lazzatfoods reserves itself for any price and printing errors.
Price list
The prices you see in the webshop are the ones that apply to you.
Prices are displayed excluding VAT.
The VAT on food/Supplements is 12%
on other products the VAT is 25%.
The VAT will be added.
Cancellation/Complaint.
LazzatFoods do not apply the right of withdrawal or cancellation in B2B trading if the order has been sent. However, you have the right to reclaim good that have been damaged during the shipping. It is your responsibility to check that the goods are good upon receipt. If a good/goods are damaged you report this to the freight driver at the time the delivery us made. You need to inform us no later than 7 days after receipt. Also send us an email with a picture of the goods to info@lazzatfoods.se and we will handle the matter and refund, compensate or send new items if needed.
Delivery.
The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days from when the order is processed.
In Stockholm the delivery time is usually 1-2 days.
For express delivery (1-2 hours) or (2-4 hours) in the Stockholm region, please contact us for price information.
